The industrial campus Charleston deserves.
The Charleston Trade Center can accommodate 1.4 million s.f. of available industrial space. After breaking ground in 2016, the Charleston Trade Center completed a 140,000 s.f. advanced manufacturing facility leased by Curtiss-Wright, a 307,353 s.f. industrial building owned by RPM Warehouse, a 450,000 s.f. building leased by IFA and a 136,500 s.f. building which is also fully-leased.
Most recently, the CTC has broken ground on a 1,019,200 s.f. spec building which is set to deliver November 2021 and a 430,920 s.f. spec building which will be delivering the following month. The Charleston Trade Center capitalizes on the new Nexon Parkway to better connect its tenants with the area’s major arterial roadways and population centers. |
IFA's investment in the Charleston Trade CenterIFA, a German-based, rapidly-growing, automotive supplier, selected the Charleston Trade Center for its new 234,000 s.f. manufacturing building. IFA has added upwards of 120 jobs to the area and specializes in manufacturing propshafts for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
