The Charleston Trade Center can accommodate 2.9 million s.f. of expandable and available industrial space. After breaking ground in 2016, the Charleston Trade Center completed it's first 307,353 s.f. building that is expandable to 922,953. A 136,500 s.f. spec building delivered in Q2 of 2019 and currently has 21,000 - 115,500 s.f. available for lease.
This Class-A industrial campus currently holds two leased buildings while having a remaining 2,159,740 s.f. available for build-to-suit and expansion opportunities.
The Charleston Trade Center capitalizes on the new Nexon Parkway to better connect its tenants with the area’s major arterial roadways and population centers.
IFA's investment in the Charleston Trade Center
IFA, a German-based, rapidly-growing, automotive supplier, selected the Charleston Trade Center for its new 234,000 s.f. manufacturing building. IFA has added upwards of 120 jobs to the area and specializes in manufacturing propshafts for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
